Taxaris is a debt collection company based in Cologne. For years, we have tried to develop an internal solution for our accounting. As well as our core business developed, our accounting structure in its former form could not grow quickly enough. The processes were too little automated and complicated; lack of know-how in handling Datev and also of a professional nature led us to realize that it was inevitable to bring a professional service provider on board. A decision we had been so reluctant to make before due to the peculiarities of the debt collection industry.

Our processes were automated, handling of Datev was simplified for us, and the entire area was streamlined effectively. With the help of a contact person available to us at any time, we switched from a case-based accounts receivable accounting to a balance-based structure. The ability to access an economic evaluation and a compact yet complete OPOS list at any time was created. The debt collection software we used was developed into a subledger and elegantly complements the compact presentation via Datev.

Together, we managed to develop a solution that provides us with the secure feeling of now being in professional hands in this existential area.
